Role Summary

"We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join DiscountVilla. The primary role is to connect with potential customers, explain our services, and convert leads into successful sales. At DiscountVilla, we believe in creating a supportive and positive work environment where team members can grow, learn, and perform at their best. You will work with a friendly team, get proper guidance, and have the opportunity to build your confidence in sales without unnecessary pressure. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a strong career in sales and customer handling."

Key Responsibilities

Call potential customers from provided leads. Explain company services and offers clearly. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packages. Follow up with interested customers regularly. Maintain proper call records and update CRM. Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Build good relationships with customers. Coordinate with team members for better conversions. Continuously improve communication and sales skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

Graduation running or recently completed (final year candidates can apply). Good communication skills (Hindi & Marathi required, basic English preferred). Comfortable in speaking over phone for long durations. Basic knowledge of calling and customer handling. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM or similar tools is a plus) Ability to handle customer queries politely. Freshers are welcome (0–1 year experience preferred).
